I’m a commercial real estate consultant acting in the role of tenant advocate, working only on behalf of businesses (never landlords) needing real estate assistance. Thus, I serve as project director of real estate in a true fiduciary capacity. Although most assignments are straightforward office relocations, expansions or dispositions and take 9 months or less, I have also been engaged on a complex 5-year disposition of a 42-acre, 16-building orphanage in Rockland County, New York. Having negotiated over 630 transactions ranging from small 5-person offices to the relocation of the University of Connecticut Stamford Branch, no transaction is too small or too complex.
