We perform a background check on each prospective Tenant which includes a Credit Report, State & National Criminal Report, Employment & Income Verification, and Housing Payment History. Depending on the length of your leases, you may have to collect sales tax from the Tenant and file those taxes monthly. We take care of that for you. We also collect your rent, assess and collect late fees and handle scheduling and paying of maintenance requests. We use AppFolio to manage the day to day tasks that are involved in managing your property. AppFolio provides the owner and the tenant their own "portal" to access the system.
