Since Henry Harding Tift established the first property in 1896, TWT Holdings has overseen commercial development in Atlanta and Tifton, Georgia, as well as in Florida. TWT Holdings owns more than 60+/- acres of available land just north of Virginia Avenue, in East Point, Georgia, and the surrounding areas. This includes a 36,000+/- square-foot office building, known as Atlanta Air Center, and multiple industrial buildings. TWT Holdings owns multiple commercial buildings, warehouses, residential properties and land totaling 128+/- acres in Tifton, a community of 15,000+ residents, serving a seven-county area, approximately three hours from the city.
