Occidental Management is a vertically integrated company with development, construction, sales and leasing brokerage, and property management services. Originally established in 1997 by Gary Oborny for work in acquisitions, Occidental Management evolved into a development company in 2000 with the construction of the Bristol Square property. Today, Occidental operates more than 20 properties and is known for its innovative and dynamic real estate development concepts and its strategic relationships with its partners, clients and investors.
