Roberts Industrial Properties Eric Roberts, MAI and Joe Roberts, MAI started their real estate careers as commercial real estate appraisers. They have been developing subdivisions and buildings for 35 years. Combined they have 600,000 square feet of industrial buildings and warehouses they rent in Springfield and Nixa, and 108 acres of industrial subdivision land on the west side of Springfield near I-44.
