Coming from some of the biggest commercial real estate firms in the country, our founding partners brought unique strengths & different perspectives to the table. In 1998, they joined forces, & the vision for Trinity Partners emerged, built on three core principles: to be passionate, entrepreneurial, & best in class. In 2009, Trinity partnered with top professionals from the RDU market to open the firm’s 2nd office. Shortly after Trinity’s 15th anniversary, a 3rd office opened in Greenville, SC. Recently, we've opened our 4th location (our 2nd in SC) in Columbia. Trinity now leases & manages 20 million+ square feet of office, industrial, & retail space across the Carolinas.
