LOCORT LLC was founded in 2001 in Warminster, PA. The company broke ground on their first flex warehouse space in 2004 at 380 Nina Way where their main office remains today. Since their inception, LOCORT has built three additional commercial warehouse spaces throughout Warminster and Warwick townships. Each flex warehouse is broken into 5-7 units, with each unit containing an office space as well as a warehouse.
