We are a real estate investment company. Mainly in the apartment business owning and operating our own properties throughout Texas including The Driftwood Apartments in Galveston, TX, The River Oaks Apartment Homes and Ashley Court Apartment Homes in Sweeny, TX. We also own several properties in San Angelo which include The Bellagio at Sunset Apartments, The Resort at Riverside Apartments, Sandpiper Apartments and Storage and Windmill Park Apartments. We also own and operate the Tiki Plaza where our corporate office is located at suite 100.
