For its first 98 years, Pier 70 played an active role in Seattle’s working waterfront as a bustling warehouse and port of call for trade from all over the world. In 1999, Pier 70 underwent a major renovation, beginning a new phase as a landmark office building and waterfront dining destination. Today, Pier 70 continues to operate as a commercial office building with amazing views of the Seattle waterfront and occupies retail tenants including AQUA by El Gaucho, Pub 70, and Uptown Espresso.
