Shewey Realty
Shewey Realty-do not recommend!
“Shewey Realty rents out all dilapidated properties throughout Merced. He uses scare tactics on his tenants when repairs are needed to the rental home. He is rude and tries to be authoritative when communicating with his tenants via phone. Because of the above fact, I would be highly cautious when considering renting out one of his property for which he pretends to manage.” -

Century 21 Salvadori Realty
Can You Give Negative Stars???
“My wife and I had a disturbingly bad experience with the Century 21 Salvadori Realty company. I'll let you be the judge if we're overreacting. We found a house that we really loved and wanted to see the inside. I contacted Jerrylou Davis and made an appointment to see it the following day. When I made the appointment I asked her what time was good for her and she told me 10 or 10:30 because she goes to church at 11. We made the appt. for 10:30. 10:30, no Jerrylou. 10:45, no Jerrylou. We called the office to find out what had happened and the agent on hand said she would leave the office and would show us the house herself. Not even a few minutes later we get a call from Jerrylou saying that she had overslept and that THERE HAD BEEN NO OFFERS MADE ON THE HOME (I had her on speakerphone at this time so we all heard her). The agent that had shown us the home HAD ALSO MENTIONED THAT THERE HAD BEEN NO OFFERS ON THE HOME. Once we had seen the home on the inside we were telling the agent that there had been a lot done to the home that needed to be repaired. She told us that Jerrylou had most likely took that into consideration when the house was priced. I knew there was a lot of things that needed fixing but it was worth it to us to fix them. We told the agent we would like to talk to Jerrylou to make an offer. She said she would be in the offfice at 12:30. I called Jerrylou to let her know we were coming to the office to make an offer in writing, she said she would be there. We get to the office and ask for Jerrylou (There were three agents at the front desk), they looked at each other like they were confused, I don't know, have you seen her, I don't know she might be at her desk. It was a cold, uninterested impression that we got from them. One woman got up looked around a bit, sat back down pointed around the corner and said She's in her office you can go around back. Jerrylou meets us halfway and walks us to her office where she tells us someone had already made an offer! I told her that she told us on the phone that there were no offers made. She said, No, I never said that. My wife then tells her yes you did, he had you on speakerphone (I guess she didn't realize that the agent that showed us the house had also told us). When asked what was offered she said, I shouldn't tell you this but it was around 10,000 more than the asking price. We then left the office.\n The reason why I took such detail in describing what had happened is so you could understand why I had to write this. I NEVER review anything on the internet but when something so insulting like this happens it should not be ignored. Clearly, this establishment\npractices a level of favoritism that could effect anyone in the home buying community. When we left Jerrylou she didn't offer to show us any other homes in our price range or even put us on her mailing list, She could care less if we were there or not.\n\nLastly, I've saved this on my computer and I'm going to copy and post this on every site that I can \nso that I know that I've done my part to prevent this from ever happening to anyone else.\n \n Thank you everything Century 21”
