  “Shewey Realty rents out all dilapidated properties throughout Merced. He uses scare tactics on his tenants when repairs are needed to the rental home. He is rude and tries to be authoritative when communicating with his tenants via phone. Because of the above fact, I would be highly cautious when considering renting out one of his property for which he pretends to manage.”
